Surinjeet, Founder and Manager Partner of Topesh Consultancy & Training Services has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, trainer and speaker.
A NEBOSH IGC Certified Professional and a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, his experience spans the South East Asia region, China and Bangladesh.
Surinjeet is also an assessor for the prestigious Prime Minister’s Hibiscus Award for Environmental Excellence and has assisted numerous organizations in international award schemes such as RoSPA, MORR, Singapore President’s Award and the Singapore Green Label Certification. Surinjeet was also featured in The Management magazine, a publication of the Malaysian Institute of Management.
Harvinder Kaur

Partner, trainer, consultant – Harvind has been with us for 12 years on a full-time basis. Her vast experience in consulting and training in South East Asia has been our strenght in working with multinationals.
She is most famous for her fun training sessions in ergonomics, Micro Plastics as well as her detailed approach in consulting for management systems.
A traveller, adventurer and seeker, she brings life to Topesh.

The Spining Top
The top is a traditional game played widely in the northern Malay states of Peninsular Malaysia and Malacca. A top which comes in various shapes and sizes, is typically made of a tapered cylindrical wood with a peg at the bottom. Spun using a nylon or string (twine), it will spin on it’s pointed nail base as long as the spin momentum lasts.
The Topesh logo depicts the simple and the most common of tops in Malaysia, an icon of our simplicity and practicality of approach in business.
